I love how these guys created a tune for the 2021's, but man, I sure wished they would sell a "less expensive" tuner that JUST changes the 1-2 shift, and removed the cylinder deactivation.
Of course the whole tune is only $800, but I'm fine with all my other items, just those two.
If they would, would this be of interest, curious to see who else would care for a smaller version for half the price?
If not, hopefully someday we get someone to do just the CD overide.

The tune did more than just modfy shift. You dont add that much hp/tq by altering shift points.

Power is expensive, especially non-boosted power.

Yea, I was just looking to skip the 1-3 shift and CD, power is fine for me.

call and ask them for a 5.0 lite tune. Should be easy once they crack the 22 code.

agree, when yo add aftermarket exhaust, its like 10x worse.

i "think" i can kind of hear it when i back off the throttle sometimes, but i'm not sure

It's not THAT bad, but yea with the Roush which is like the 3rd loudest exhaust out there it is noticeable. The only way I can describe it is that the engine sounds like it's bogging, at which point I tap the throttle and she goes back to 8.

They did for the 21's. Last time I called, still working on the 22 code.

I do agree, I hear an ambient sound I don't like, my ears are now tuned to that, weird, but installed stock exhaust back on last night, it was like a breath of fresh air.
