2021 F150 Powerboost with 39k miles.
Noticed about 5k miles ago that at around 60-70mph there is a light grinding/vibration that I can feel in the gas pedal and steering wheel. You can also hear it even though it’s a bit quiet. You almost feel it more than you can hear it. It sounds/feels repetitive almost like the sound of a bad wheel bearing. But I’ve had bad wheel bearings before and this is only at high speeds between 60-70mph. I also did the swerve test to see if the noise got louder or quieter and it stays constant either direction I swerve. Sometimes the speed of the sound may vary about 1-3 cycles per second. Brand new tires this past weekend so I can rule that out. Could this be the rearend? Driveshaft? Something vibrating under the truck due to the wind speed?

I have a similar sensation in my truck as well. It's more of a grinding vibration in the gas pedal and I don't notice any unusual noise as far as i can tell. It doesn't seem to be road surface dependent or even fully speed dependent. I've noticed it going 30 as well as going 75.

It's a very odd thing, for sure. Feeling it in the pedal makes me think it's maybe front axle/bearings, but stuff like that can be hard to narrow down anymore.

Good luck and hope you are able to find out the cause of this!

I read comments about people only hearing/feeling the issue in 9th or 10th gear. I got up to 60+mph today and downshifted to 8th gear and it seems the issue may have went away while in lower gear. But I’ll try again soon and see if I get the same results and maybe that’ll help narrow down the cause.

Thats true. My 21 F150 Lariat 5.0 as the same same issue (but without the sound). I have tried putting it in sport mode at the same speed, you feel nothing.

As for the issue itself, the dealer found no problems in the truck, and I also tried number of different cars "ram, lexus, and other" that has the same problem.

I see so many comments of people with similar isssues taking their truck to the dealer and 95% of the time the dealer can’t replicate the issue and is no help. So I may not bother taking it anywhere unless it gets a lot worse. The ride and performance is just fine otherwise.
