21' F-150 5.0 Highway Vibration

I'm having this exact same issues on a 21 3.5 screw. Floor vibration from 74-78 mph.

The vehicle is at the dealership now and though they recognize there is a vibration but don't know the cause and really aren't to interested in figuring it out. They rebalanced the tires and did a transmission reflash. I'm not confident this is going to fix the issue.

If you can get a shop to run the truck at 75-80mph on a lift

Hmm alright I may see if the dealership is willing to lift the truck and try that route.

With most vehicles and lifts, it's safe and we do it quite often where I work. We just lift the vehicle using the proper lift points, raise the lift, set the lift down on the locks, and add one or two pole jacks or jacks stands for additional stability on our 2 post lifts. The person sitting in the driver's seat doesn't start driving the vehicle until they are given the okay from the person operating the lift.

There are some vehicles with very sketchy lift points that make lifting them at all a risky endeavor, but they are few and far between. In those cases, driving them on public roads is the only option.

So I'm not quite out of the woods yet but it appears my OEM wheels may have some sort of defect along the lines of poor casting or something. I have inspected my wheels as well as the dealership and two tire shops and no one can spot any out-of-round or wheel damage - nothing. But I've got a buddy who has an 18 F150 and we swapped wheels - shaking was instantly gone. I haven't had the time (nor do enough highway driving right now) to worry about getting new wheels but it definitely seems as though putting the truck on a new set will fix my issue. It does seem to be one single wheel being the problem child but I'd rather just swap em' all out. Very odd that after so much inspection by various places and myself that the wheels are the issue but like I said maybe it's some underlying damage that can't be seen visually.

Anyone managed to fix this issue? my lariat 5.0 2021 have been facing the same issue long time ago. The dealer stated there was nothing wrong and the driveshaft is balanced, as i was suspecting them due to the recall replacement.

No, and the dealership was less than helpful. I feel if it isn't easily diagnosed, they don't want to have anything to do with it.
