So I've searched pretty extensively, but there seems to be an overwhelming amount of information out there on lifts, levels, and tires for our trucks. I'm looking to reinvigorate my relationship with my truck that I've had for nearly four years. I still love the truck, but had always planned to level it and put some knobbier tires on it, but I've had two kids with a third around the corner, and it hasn't been a huge priority for me for obvious reasons. My tires are starting to get down there and I figured now is as good a time as any to look into this again.

1. I want to level, or slightly lift my truck, but don't want to compromise ride quality, and if anything improve it. I know spacers are likely out of the question then. From what I've learned, it probably makes sense to do both front and rears. Money isn't a huge concern, within reason, as I plan on driving this truck for at least another couple of years. What is widely regarded as a good option for this? Is there any general consensus, or is it still up for debate?

2. I want a slightly more aggressive tire, but I don't mind the platinum wheels. I know the AT 2's and Nitto Ridge Grapplers were super popular choices. Are those still the best option, or has anything else come along that's noteworthy and maybe better for noise and mileage?

I'm not looking for a radical change, and have always gone for the OEM+ look. Thanks in advance for any advice, or even helping point me in the right direction. Pictures are massively appreciated as well.

Ive done both, yes a puck works, but te ride is much betetr with a good coil over. Eibach, Fox, etc all come with a 2.5" lift up front. You can replace rear shocks with the same brand

Tires, a 35x11.50x20 will work, fill up wheel wells and keep ride smooth.

I'm following this. I talked to a guy at 4wheel parts. He said the pucks would be good enough, but going with coilovers would have the truck riding like a dream. I think it rides pretty good now.

I think I'm going to go the fox 2.0 route, but looks like I'll need the 2015-2020 model with the heavier springs for the powerboost. Are AT 2's still a good tire choice, or has anything come out recently that's any better?

I just added a 2” level to my 2024 F150. I went with the Eibach Pro 2 coil over kit. I think the ride is better than it was when it was stock. Tires are 275/65R20 Nitto Recon Grapplers. These are the SL rated tires (not the heavier E rate 10 ply tires). Trying to keep the weight somewhat close to stock tires even with the added height (34” tire).

This looks awesome! That’s pretty much the exact look I’d be shooting for. Great looking truck!
