Led trailer lights.

I'm about to be getting a little utility trailer ready for the road. It needs lights. Do I remember right people having g issues with led trailer lights on a 4 flat plug giving issues like saying trailer not connected and stuff.
I searched and couldn't find what I thought I'd seen. I'd like led but I'll get halogen if led is gonna cause issues.

I’ve converted my 2 trailers to LED, but only the rear turn signal/brake lights. Never had any issues at all on my 21.

No problems with this cheap LED stop-tail-turn light set I put on an 8' landscape trailer after ripping off one of the OE incandescent. I use the 4-way flat connector into the truck's matching bumper socket and have no side-marker lights on this daytime-use only trailer.

Truck is a 2022 500A with the full complement of trailer towing features (Max Tow Package). I have the OE 7/4-pin socket on the bumper with a DIY added 7/12-pin connector in the bed for my 5th-wheel trailer with Ford Accessory TPMS + rear-view cam.

You should be good, I have LED bulb lights in my 1976 Bonaire trailer lights, connected via 4 pin to the 7 pin plug with the 4 to 7 adapter. No problems at all, with the lights as it were.
