Lane Centering & Active Drive Assist

My 2021 Ford 150 KingRanch- showing Actuve Drive Assist not available and also noticed Lane Centering stopped working after dealer did a recall work and software update. Took it back to dealer - same issue it just stopped working..

I used these features over a year. Now with new software update they just disappeared.

Common problem a lot of us are having. Several threads on it. Ford hasn’t been much help but several guys have updated the software successfully themselves

Yea, I suspect the update procedure didn't go well at the dealership. You temporarily have DTC's or one module of the ensemble that work together for these amazing features is not in harmony with the others.

I experienced the EXACT same thing. It's because your truck is not FULLY updated with ALL six of the Power-Up SW updates required to enable BlueCruise. You may even be back at 2.6.0. The first of the six updates that specifically includes module updates for BC is 2.7.2, while the last one is 2.8.3. There are ~20 modules that get updated between those, some modules multiple times.

I would assume if your truck is past the 1.7.1 update purgatory, that at some point Ford can and will trigger the necessary OTA updates for those waiting. But they sure seem to be gunshy about doing so wholesale. It's like they are tiptoeing.
