Ok, my KR is hopefully due next month….but at this point who’s counting or believing that.??.
Since I have Auto Start/ Stop removed & Co-pilot Active 2.0 park- assist remove (or not available)…..I.m wondering if I’ll have the front console top switches as labeled.- even though they’ll be inoperable.

Point being, I’d like to use those switches and their location as “auxiliary“ switches but I would need to have the face or “label“ renamed.
Any one know if this is a possibility??

If they’re just inoperable but at a later time could be active as ordered (especially the park assist) then I would definitely not use them as the other.

Any thoughts out there??

You know we are all pulling for you big time!

I have Park Assist delete but still have the P button. When I press it I get the second of the two Park Assist features..... It uses Navigation data to find the closest Parking Garage.

Kinda funny, to be honest. I don't live in urban-land where I need THAT kind of Park Assist. :)

Honestly, the other Park Assist isn't something I would ever likely use, so the $365 credit was fine with me.

And finally, the REAL Park Assistance that I DO appreciate is the camera autolaunching if I am getting close to any obstacle. That I still have! Use it often.

Rootin for ya!

Thanks,
I really wouldn’t use to park assist anyway because I’m not to sure about parking an 80k truck tightly between two other vehicles….i’d just soon park away from all that……and I’ve always heard that “walk ain‘t crowded“ so I’ll walk.

So the “p” button now brings up navigation to nearby parking garage etc…. Crazy.
So, would mine have the “autolaunching feature“ or do I have to forscan that?…..I’m not to crazy about getting into the brain of the truck and changing 0/1’s

**I was just thinking now convenient it would be to use those “inoperable or non-used” buttons for auxiliaries.

If you have all the sensors in the front bumper, I think you get the auto launch on the front cameras.
But even if you don't, the button launches the cameras anyway.

Hopefully I’ll have them all unless Ford? pulls one over on me. True though, I could just activate the camera button and choose my view.

I honestly don’t hear the ridge grapplers at all. I had narrowed it down to the ridge grapplers and Toyo AT3s for reviews on low road noise. There is probably a very slight noise, but not noticeable enough that I can tell a difference. I definitely noticed the ride was a little stiffer and didn’t handle like a sedan anymore, but after 1500 miles I don’t notice a stiff feel.

Really Sweet
What size tire are you running??-
do you have any Lift on the front??

Just curious- One of these days my king ranch will be delivered and I’m going to upgrade from the manufacturing tires?? to something a bit more nice and substantial.
Thanks

I had to stop by the dealership today to ask a question about my truck and spotted this KR on the lot. I debated had as to whether to get the SQ Platinum or the KR with the Caribou 20's. I thought this would be a sharp combination and it does not disappoint.

(Sorry the photo is dark, I took it through my tinted windows and didn't think about it until I got home).

Got the coveted WS today! Blend date of 9/2. Looks like I still have 360 and Adaptive Cruise. Also Co-Pilot Assist 2.0. Only removal it indicates is the Multi-Contour with my paltry $300 credit. Nice to see this progress, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

New to the forum and just got a new-to-me '21 KR Ecoboost. Leveled with 34's (275/65R20 Terra Grappler G2's)--pretty sexy if you ask me! Rear wheel well liners are next on the list.

That is gorgeous, and I am glad, because my KR is gonna be a near twin, but no two tone for me. I LOVE that color. Mine is scheduled to be built at the end of next week. Of course, who knows how long it will take to arrive... (Congrats!)

I think you should also add lettering, Red would work well but whatever your choice . The liners will look great on your truck.
