Swapped in some 500lb springs this weekend. The 600lb springs took a while to break in, like a month or 2 which is about 3-5k miles for me. Expecting the same with these. Was running the 600's with the collar at the cap. Towing and loaded up is awesome, also smashes like a class 8 truck offroad. Unloaded truck rides a bit like a 3/4 ton unless you push it hard. The 500's feel pretty spot on now, I've got the collar 3/4" from the cap now and am about .5" higher before they settle. Definitely using more wheel travel everywhere, still feel no need for the sway bar. Way more comfort offroad in the speed ranges I intend for this truck to work now, have yet to have a really harsh bottom out. Now the rear needs some tuning to keep up.

Survived another round of spring compressing

How’s the new spring setup going? Did they settle down any.

Settled right into where I was before, 39-39.5" from ground to the top of the fender arch. Drives and tows exceptional.
