I'm planning on installing rear lowering shackles on my 2025 rcsb but I'm not sure where I should place the jackstands. I have 3ton units and it's too short to go under the frame by the axle. I don't know if the front spring perch is a good option and under the lowest part of the frame (below the cab) seems a bit iffy. Any suggestions?

Also---remove the spare---probably gonna need the real estate to work the OEM shackle bolts out. New shackles should be EASY to install after getting the stock ones out.

I put Timbren overloads on my Supercrew. The jack went under the spring on the axle. I put jackstands under the front spring perch and lowered the axle to install the Timbrens. I also had the Ford Performance 1-1/2" drop shackles installed by a friend at his shop before I did the overloads. The stock mounts for the Timbren did not work, I had to do a little engineering! I pull a 19'8 bass boat as often as I can, things are all good!
