Is this normal?

Twice now I have been out driving and I have gotten a notification that a download is ready and will install at my next schedule time . Problem is that the download disappears from my truck without installing. Yesterday my wife and I were shopping and we were out most of the day. Late morning I noticed the download icon on my dash and I also got the pop up when I shut the truck off. The icon remained on my dash until our last stop .Then all of a sudden it was gone and when I checked for software updates, nothing was there. I did recently receive a priority update 23-PU0813-DOR-UP2 on Jan, 28th. It's just strange behavior. Here is my latest Sync info. Thanks

The "Phantom update" has been going since the roll out of OTA 6.5.0 and has continued with 6.8.0 no one has found an answer to the problem. Hopefully a future update will correct it.

Phantom updates are a thing randomly happening after 6.5.0 for many. I had my first experience with that last week.

Happened to me, too but disappeared after 6.8 was installed. Haven’t seen it since.
