Is this a normal sound when shifting?

Just got the 2023 F-150 XLT Hybrid, when I change gear to back into my driveway, I hear this grinding sound. Is this normal? Thank you in advance!

Its the suspension making noise with load change, most likely the rear leaf springs. Normal range, some do it, some don’t based on clearance differences.
could verify by spraying leafs with a lubricant.
