This forum isn't configured to support that, though I think it could be if the Admins wanted to enable the capability.

I'm on another XenForo forum which provides an option to "export thread", which generates a printer-friendly formatted version of an entire thread (the "export" has all post content with posting person's name, without the clutter of sidebars or signature blocks):

Ford F-150 Is there a "printable version" for threads?  I can't seem to find one EXPORT THREAD
