Haven't received an OTA update since the July Owners manual update. Fordpass App works 25% of the time to start the truck. After charging the battery and resetting the TCU in Forscan the TCU and Cell indicators were green for 5 minutes and then the connectivity indicators went red. DTC is simply lost communication with gateway or hardware failure (basically it isn't talking, duh).
Anyone have some advance trouble shooting steps? I'd hate to take it to the dealer as it's intermittent, "yep, we reset it, all good now"....for 10 mins.
