Anyone had this issue? Unless I manually turn them off, the interior lights will stay on even after all doors are shut.

And when they’re on, they’ll constantly pulse in brightness.

Truck is going on day 3 at the dealership and they have bluntly stated that they have no idea.

Has been like this since I bought the truck used 5 months ago.

Good morning. Would you please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this light concern on my end? Thanks!

This happened to me a year ago after the dealer forced all the BlueCruise modules onto my 21 Plati. I picked up my truck from them a day before Christmas and was on my way out of town for the holidays and the lights pulsated off and on the entire 6 hour drive to NC. Then when I got there to unload Christmas presents from my truck bed, I found out my cargo bed lights didn't work. I had to wait 3 months for another appt and then they had to troubleshoot for a week. Also couldn't figure it out. They eventually went through 2 new BCMs (body control modules) and on the 3rd one, after reflashing to the truck, the lights finally went back to normal inside the cab and the cargo bed lights started working properly again. Not sure if this will help your situation but tell them to try a new BCM. GOOD LUCK!!

That’s good to know, thank you. That was their initial suspicion, though I’m not where they stand now and if they’ve ruled the BCM out or not.

You are so welcome! Keep us posted! Also, don't forget ... if you do get a new BCM make sure they leave you the new plastic card with the pin code to use the keypad on the doors! Your old numbers won't work anymore.
