From another board, anticipated those will be rolled out to existing owners at a later date. One can only speculate at this point. I'm not aware of any new hardware going into a '23 to make it more capable. Time will tell.

If anything hardware was deleted for 2023 with all the supply chain issues at this time.

I hope they keep us updated...BC is one of the reasons I traded in a perfectly good F150 for my new one.

None of these features would require any more hardware than blue cruise already requires. I guarantee this is a software only update. Now whether they give it to the 21/22 peeps is another story.

You have 2 ways now. The map in your FP ap and on your main screen in the truck if you just zoom out. I do it all the time.

I live in the Austin metro area and drive on the freeways in the city every day.. On the map, all the freeways are shown as BC capable..

However, BC is very inconsistent.. On certain stretches it works every time but on others it is a hit and miss.. Sometimes it engages for very brief periods and disengages.. It is not correlated to the time of the day, direction of the sun or weather conditions..

I am obviously missing something here. I got a letter and thought I had the latest update, but was not seeing any changes as of late September. Asked dealer what up at oil change and he said they held off again (was not surprised), but everyone here talking like they have working update? I have '21 Lariat.

They gave us 2021 owners Alexa and full screen carplay. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we get some love too.

Lane repositioning is a safety issue. I noticed using BC the other day....as I was passing a Semi...he very slowly crept in to my lane...and I had to manualy avoid him....now I am gun shy when passing a truck. I know you still have to pay attention when using BC....but?

I see the same thing. A few areas are very consistent even when it shows as being BC capable.

Unless I'm missing something, neither of those currently show blue cruise coverage.

It will never be fast enough for the tech-junkies on this site, but I'm guessing these features will trickle down to previous year models because it's not hardware limited.

And I would want it too myself just because.

Still, I ain't taking my hands off the wheel to clap for queen regardless of how cool Bluecruise becomes.
