HVAC-24.5.0 OTA will not install.

Kept getting “download interrupted” message for several weeks. Took the vehicle to the dealer and they found and completed tsb 24-2442. I was told that should allow for the OTA software update to go through. A week later still nothing. Any ideas?

Someone can check PTS, but the OTA probably timed out and you will have to wait for it to be resent to your truck. Ford only trys to update for a certain amount of time.

I don't know if you solved this problem but for me it was the battery was only at 60% charged and this update needed it to be at a minimum of 80%. I hooked up a 10 amp charger for 1 hour then drove for 30 min and the update installed.

Yes, resolved. Dealer installed a new battery and returned the truck with the OTA installed.
