Found my invoice, and I think it’s ML3Z 17626 F
I attached a pic too for you.
Good luck!

Thank you jeffryt! I really appreciate it. My truck appointment is 12/29. I'll let you know how it goes. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I just went over 31K on my '21. This morning I opened the garage and noticed that my air dam was all bound up. It was bound up on both sides of the dam blade. I used my finger to unjam the damn dam...... Went for a drive and when I came back, it was all jammed up again. I removed the blade (super easy) and used a heat gun to get all of the plastic pieces back to their some what original forms (both the fixed part on the truck and the movable blade. Then I bought some washers and stacked (2 each) on the back side of each of the motor bolt holes allowing for more clearance. 7mm socket for the blade and 1/2 inch socket for the motor bolts. All and all 10 bucks and an hour of my time to fix it. Didn't want to take the chance of raising my blood pressure if the dealer told me it was not covered.

How is this repair holding up? I am planning to do the same thing.

Held up perfect. No more issues after the repair. Just traded the truck in for a 2023, so I hope that it doesn't happen on this one, but if it does, at least it will be an easy repair ;)
