How to remove GVMS warning

I went into FDRS today, and there's a GVMS warning for my VIN for the APIM module. How can I get this removed? I do not have a login for PTS.

I had it with my APIM too. Just submit it and Ford will get to it. I had mine removed in a few weeks time. @rugedraw has PTS access and he can check for you.

My truck is outside US so it is way complex for us folks but surely a few weeks wait and you should be good. What is your current sync version?

I only have a two day license of course, so I was hoping they'd release it more quickly. Thanks, Ford.

This is a total sh*tshow. I have no way to track whether the request was submitted, what its status is, or why the warning exists. It has been a couple months and it is still not cleared. And there doesn't appear to be anyone at Ford to contact for information.

Anyone have contacts that can help me out?

@RickBullotta There is a GVMS request in their logs from the fall that appears as closed, but it was for the ACM and not the APIM. There is no record of a request sent for the APIM. If your FDRS license is still active, send the request.

I've sent the APIM request a few times. Just did again.

OK. Tried that. Can you check if a request is pending?
Does the license expire today or you still have time? Not sure how long these things take to show up on Ford's side, so in case it's not instant, I'll ask him to check tomorrow to give it some time to show up on their side. If it does expire tonight, I'll ask him in an hour or so to check one more time. If nothing shows, then we know the system is broken and it is what it is. Not much we can do in our side.

expires tonight but can renew if it actually shows up

Still nothing showing on their side. I'm out of ideas at this point.
Remember in my case also, nothing showed up on PTS. Just a confirmation on FDRS that a case has been submitted. Ford eventually got to it though. Stupid process.

Maybe worth a shot. The warning is basically telling us that there is no as built data for the module (that's what I understood from an earlier post on this forum). If we run the tool to read configuration, won’t that upload the current APIM configuration to the as built data on the cloud and possibly remove the warning?
