How to remove front grill emblem square wash cover?

I have a 21 Platinum that I'm replacing the grill on. Everything looks pretty straightforward, the only thing I'm unsure of is how to remove that little square cover that goes over the camera washer? Do I just pry it off? Seems likely to break knowing my luck. I need to swap the whole bracket and assembly over to a new emblem.

Also, will have a 21-23 Platinum grill color matched in Star White available for sale here soon once I do the swap.

pull it out and pop it off the hinge

So pop it off the hinge by just pulling the entire assembly from the back?

No, comes out the front when you pry it out, it's spring loaded., hinge on the cover itself, should be obvious
