How to program an extra key fob?

Purchased a third factory key fob and followed procedure in manual...can't get the new one to program? Pretty sure I am doing correctly as the door master code shows up in dash...this is on a 24 lariat...any help would be appreciated

I was under the impression that you could only have 2 fobs at a time programmed to the vehicle. Is that not true?

You can have a total of 4...Thanks for the video....I finally called a Locksmith and he couldn't help....said 24 is dealer only?

I have a 24 Lariat too and was going to get a third one and program it myself. You saying we can no longer program the keyfobs if we have both or original ones too?

I followed the manual several times to no avail....I am going to call stealership tomorrow and ask but recommend you find out before you buy the fob like I did...will post what they say....and yes I have both originals.

Not true. I have a 2024 XLT and bought a fob with remote start and programmed it using youtube video. Works just fine.

Ok sir....you encouraged me to try again....WORKED perfect this time! Locksmith probably didn't want to help as I didn't buy fob from him...that I don't know but these forums are awesome...thanks and good luck fellas!

How do I deiete an extra key fob on my 21 F150 ?
