How to give Ford feedback?

OK, I find the most annoying thing on my new Plat is when I put it in a drive mode.. say Eco, then crank it back up, and it is in normal mode. WHAT!!!! in this world where everyone sympathizes with everyone.... sorry, old fashioned dude here, you would think it would at least save the Eco position.

I know a lot of people have complained about that, but just adding my comments to the list... maybe ford is reading this forum.

(Maybe I just don't have enough to complain about on this new truck.)
