Well it's getting close to time to buy new shoes for the truck. I'm running 285/78R18 and for the current set I didn't buy a matching spare (living life on the edge) but am leaning towards getting a matching spare this time. That being said, my current wheels have a +18 offset which is obviously different from stock.
If I were to have a flat and put on the spare with the stock offset what issues would that cause? The intent wouldn't be to drive it for long in that configuration but depending where the flat happened who knows?
