How are you getting tuners in Ca for those that don’t care to comply with Ca and it’s bs so called laws

Really not happy about having to get a diffrent tuner to tune my 2021 f150 .. Just purchased an SCTx4 last yr for my 2013 5.0 .. Won’t work for the newer models and thats par for the course for me … The new one is the same tuner with a few different cables and costs a lot more money and still comes with custom tunes … I get kinda mad at places that won’t ship a tuner to Ca , it’s not their job to regulate us … if we want to ignore bs laws it’s on us not the seller … Takes more time to get one because it ships to a buddy in a free state then he ships to me … only way around it and I’ll be damned if I comply to anything Ca gov wants , a one sided gov is not fair or just to the people ..you get stupid all the time ..

You are bound by CARB in Cali, there have been several diesel tuners that I know of have paid huge fines for violations. Yes it sucks because it is now effecting non CARB states. Support legislation that stops this BS.

I ran into this an issue a few years back and had it shipped to my buddy in Nevada. It’s just ridiculous the shit we do to ourselves.

Yup might have to do like last time … there are few laws I comply to in this one sided gov run state , its the reason Ca has become a dump all liberal stupidity with no smart to reign them in … Its not legal under constitutional law but I guess it doesn't matter they do their will so i ignore it …. But 800.00 for a new tuner with custom tunes .. Thats not SFJB inflation thats gouging us … I know if u want to play you gotta pay … Really If i could just get rid of the 106 speed limiter id be plenty happy driving in sport mode its plenty for me … for those of you whom bitch about us not wanting our speed governed by the factory … its not so we can drive that fast all the time …. theses trucks when passing say your doing 75 already you stab it to pass and its up to 100 really fast and there may be more than one car your passing but it cuts out (which is more dangerous ) IMO … cus it falls flat on its face when your passing thats dangerous … …

It is also a class issue as poor people are forced to live in areas with greater air pollution and suffer more from asthma and heart problems that result. It is elitist to take the approach that I am OK and to hell with everyone else. The crazy thing is that the polluters think of themselves as being good people - go figure.
