Horrible screeching sound when cold

My truck has only 16,000 km on it and lately it's started making this terrible noise on startup. It eventually goes away but I think we can all agree that this is not normal. It seems to come out of the passenger side engine bay, and it's gotten worse over the last few days to the point that it's now a constant screech about every 2 seconds. Last few nights have been as cold as -34.

I have an appointment to take it into the dealership but was curious if anyone knew what the hell this is? I had an almost identical problem on my 16 which was the exhaust manifold, but that was after 100,000 km.

my 2023 F-150 with the 3.5 engine started to make a noise similar on the left side & it was the waste gate controler on the left turbo. Ford replace the controller and it fixed the problem.
