The point to note is how close you are to the GAWR without a winch. Put two more adults in the back seat and you're over...
Isn't your situation more about that 60 gallons of fuel, which I don't think anyone else here has?

You continue to miss the point: Whatever the load in the bed of the truck, you are close to the GAWR of the front axle. That 60 g of gas is only about 400#(80# to front & 320# to rear). So, anyway you put 400# in the bed (only 20% of that goes onto the front axle), add a winch & bumper (100% of this goes on the front axle), two adults in front along with their stuff... and then toss in two more adults in the back seat (40% goes on the front axle)... And guess what: you may have overloaded that front axle. The point I want people to get is: Run the numbers and know what you're doing when you put that gear out front, because all of that weight goes onto that front axle.

If this plate for the Raptor is any indication, the lack of options may have to do with Ford's intercooler placement on turbo trucks. I assume behind the sheetmetal the architecture is the same as a normal F-150. It might be cost prohibitive to hide one, unless you have a 5.0.

Anyway, if you want to explore it, you might want to reach out to these guys and see how this would work if put on a standard F-150.
