My truck needed the IPMA unlearned and then recalibrated. I calibrated the lane keeping but whenever I back up now I get an alert about reverse backup assist. I tried unlearning again and recalibrating the lane keep but it didn’t help. I didn’t recalibrate the 360 camera yet maybe could that solve it? I have a 1 year fdrs membership because I often have to recalibrate my Ipma due to vibrations from my stereo but this is the first time this error has been persistent. I don’t have any trouble codes except an hvac code that I have had for a long time regarding a solar sensor and an Ipma code regarding calibration of the parking assist which I never figured out how to get rid of so neither are new.

Not the same issue as you but I also have issues with the front and rear outer most parking sensors detecting obstructions that aren't there below 5 mph.

No that isn’t it. Are your sensors dirty?

My sensors are clean, sensors have been malfunctioning since I bought the truck about a month ago. I took it to the service department and they claimed they fixed it by updating a module (they didn't update anything). It was fixed for about an hour and then the issue came back. I have an appointment tomorrow where they will look into it again.

I believe you need to do the 360 camera calibration but I'm not an expert. It certainly can't hurt if you already have a dedicated subscription.

I went on a 2 hour drive and when I was going there it seemed to clear up. At some point my collision disabled light came on but the error when I put it in reverse went away. Also my lights weren't automatically switching between high and low beam like they normally do (glare free lighting I think it's called) even though the feature was enabled. When I turned off the car and turned it back on that collision disabled light didn't come back on. Hopefully it just starts working now. The tech in this truck is so finicky. I didn't want to spend $800 on a cable and $800 on a subscription to fdrs but that seems to be the only way to keep it working properly
