I’ve looked in the manual but can’t find the meaning behind this icon

That means your blind spot monitoring is not active. Until I set my trailer up, I got that error every time I plugged in my trailer. I've only seen it when I have a trailer connected and it wasn't set up in the towing menus on the truck, so not sure if it can also mean there's a fault in the system, but for me it was expected.

Fixed I must have turned off bliss along the way Blis back on and the icon is gone, thanks for the assist

If you have a trailer connected, its normal. If you don't, its not normal.

Or you can add your trailer information and it'll work with the trailer you select. It will account for the trailer. (If it's available on all trims.) This is how it works on my Lariat.
