I’ve got an active FDRS license but keep getting “authentication failed” messages. I did a network diagnostic test and it shows fail on Login Server connection. Any ideas?
I had the same issue when I first got FDRS installed. I wound up uninstalling and re-installing the FDRS software and everything works great now. You might try that and see if it helps. Good luck on it.
I also sent an email to them about my issue and here is the reply from them on it:
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the FDRS software. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please go to the contact us page and click on “request diagnostic software help” or you can call 1-888-354-7558 (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern time). If mentioned, please let them know that your account has not been locked/suspended.
