Heated seats Trouble codes

The driver and passenger heated seats on my 2021 Lariat PB have not worked properly since Nov 2021 when I took possession. The dealer has replaced the Drivers Seat Module twice and updated the DSM software several times. Each time the dealer says the problem is solved, the seats will heat for a while then shut down and throw codes. Both drivers and passengers seat have not been hot enough to take off of the highest settings. If I start the truck remotely or with FordPass the seats won’t heat at all even though I have the settings to auto.
Has anyone had similar problems and what was the fix?

Check power and grounds. Saw this pop up on a mis-wired power wire that feeds the DSM. Check fuse 30 and 38 under hood
