Heat exchanger - I thought I was over this crap

Ugh, my 2021 PB just threw codes P2C22 and P237C, both heat exchanger related. I had the bloody thing replaced this past summer. It is not leaking - no coolant level decline. I cleared the codes but one of them is permanent.

Yup, same thing happened to me! Muffler inlet pipe (with heat exchanger) replaced last April, after 24k miles started throwing P2C22 and P237C codes at PCM with CEL illuminated on dash. No leak from heatexchanger though. I got extremely lucky this time, as the dealer had the part available at their shop and I had my truck in and out in one day, with heat exchanger replaced (again!)

It seems to me, that the heat exchanger valve actuator fails over time. This is however not a Ford product, the actuator itself comes from the SBS-Feintechnik, a german company that supplies such products to other big brands such as BMW and Audi.

I am not sure why is Ford not replacing the actuator itself (it can be removed from the heat exchanger assembly failry easily) but they are replacing the entire heat exchanger assembly. I am sure the actuator replacament itself would move things faster, assuming there is enough supply of that specific part
