Headrest Speakers Shot- 2021 Platinum

I looked through about a dozen and couldn't find this specific question or problem. Apologies if I missed it.

My passenger headrest speakers are making crackling noises, and I would like to replace them so they are working. I donn't crank up the music, and everything is stock.

Worst case scenario is to unplug them, so they don't work.

Has anyone replaced the headrest speakers? Can they be replaced or do they require a new headrest? If I unplug them, will that trigger an error in FDRS?
