If so what was the quality ? Not real happy about what I received for $600.00 so curious if any others out there actually installed it.

Well I guess I'm the guinea pig on this one.... After several e-mails back and forth with them (Lost customer for life here) they basically said just install it and it will be fine - Not happy at all with that answer on a $600 turd , Maybe this particular one is bad and It's just my luck , For $150 or so which is at best what this should cost I could live with it , My painter won't paint it unless it is installed and on the truck because it is so flimsy and the paint will crack more than likely when installing it so now I need to lose my truck for a few days if I want to use it , Not a rich guy so I don't like to live and learn to the tune of $600.00 , If I lay it in the sun for 20 min. I can tie it in a knot - Piece of crap (My opinion)

Unlike ABS and other plastic body panels, urethane panels are designed to be very flexible. This is a key property of the material and is so they can survive repeated impacts while all but eliminating possible damage from flexing.

Any competent automotive painter should be able to correctly prep and paint the part off the truck with the correct blend of elastomeric primers and flex agents mixed into the automotive paint so it will stick, be very durable, flexible, and surprisingly resistant to cracking. Once the part is painted it can still flex to a point but this should be kept to a minimum and might take 2-3 people to install it. Is it more work for them? Yes, but is can be done. I'm betting the reason your painter wants to do it on the truck is because he doesn't trust his own ability to properly prep/paint the part to handle even the slight flexing it would sustain during install.

On the flip side of this there's a reason many people don't bother painting urethane splitters. Even with all the prep work and flex agents added to the paint, it's like trying to paint a limp noodle and can still chip or crack on the first impact. Instead they keep them bare and rock the glossy black appearance.

I appreciate the input on my painter - I trust him as I have been using him for years on many forms of motorsports vehicles/sxs's/4-wheelers and such , Supposed to rain all weekend so I'll try when I can to get a picture of this noodle of a part twisted up , When I pulled it out of the box I was at least expecting it to be somewhat stiff and not to just fold in half like throwing a towel over a door..... So with that said after install and on a hot summer day doing 70 plus what do you imagine it will be doing ??

Bottom line for me is I won't be running this on my new truck , $600 down the drain and hard lesson learned along with a business I will not recommend... Again my personal opinion - I'm a do me wrong once and I'm out kind of guy....

Speaking of taking calculated risks and enjoying the thrill, I also like playing baccarat online — it's a bit like navigating urethane panels: you need strategy, patience, and a little bit of daring. You can check out some exciting games here: https://jackpot.bet/games/category/baccarat.
Absolutely, that explanation makes a lot of sense. Urethane’s flexibility is both its greatest strength and a challenge when it comes to painting. Painting off the vehicle is definitely the better approach if the painter is confident in using elastomeric primers and flex agents, but I can see why some opt to leave splitters unpainted—less risk of chipping or cracking on impact.
For anyone considering painting urethane parts: patience and proper prep are key, and even then, a small ding or chip is always a possibility. Sometimes, letting the material show its natural texture can actually look great and save future headaches.
