I'm not paying anything. But maybe the subscription model is why it's broken? Waze and Google maps use the factory nav when connected to Android Auto so they don't work either right now.Why are you paying $80 a year when it is free unless you want updates? Few areas where I travel have new roads or new bridges that would affect navigation by the truck unit.
Some of us only have connected navigation vs connected built in navigation. This is also the only nav available for all of the 24's, connected, no more built in. If you don't pony up the $80 when your trial ends then it reverts to a moving map only and you lose the ability to input any destinations. Why are you paying $80 a year when it is free unless you want updates? Thanks for the info! Does it know where you are on the map or is it completely lost like mine? Some of us only have connected navigation vs connected built in navigation. Mine seems to work very well but it is my understanding it needs a good cell phone signal to be accurate, maybe that is some of your problem. Thanks for the info! Does it know where you are on the map or is it completely lost like mine?
As I recall, mine kept track of where I was. I had a map and that was it.Thanks for the info! Does it know where you are on the map or is it completely lost like mine?
First I've heard of that. Most just use Google maps instead of the built in navigation.I'm not paying anything. But maybe the subscription model is why it's broken? Waze and Google maps use the factory nav when connected to Android Auto so they don't work either right now.
