Of course the first major issue with my truck happens when I’m on a trip haha.

anyways, the rest of the truck has been completely fine but today the front windows stopped responding to the switches. You can’t even hear the motor activating so I assume it’s an electrical issue.

luckily they were already closed when thy stopped working but anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Do you have forscan with you by chance? Both front windows stopped working?

Check Fuse 6 (10a)
and 23 (30a) (Drivers door module)
and 26 (30a) (passenger door module)
in the BCM, located in the floor of the passenger side.

Thank you so much, I will check those fuses.

I have stopped about 8 times throughout the day and they randomly worked after 2 of the stops, then stopped working again next time I turned the truck on. Something definitely seems faulty

my drivers side window has been messed up lately. When I try to close it automatically, it will roll all of the way up then immediately rolls about 2/3 of the way back down. So to fully close my window, I have to gently feather the switch so it doesn't try to open back up. Like yours this is the first issue with my truck that was delivered in Aug '22 and I have only put 3500 miles on it so far.

That sounds like the windows need to be calibrated. I think the fix is - hold the up button for 6 seconds when it is all the way up. This should reset the window control.

Hi there. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.
