Front Passenger Grab Handle Above the Window

Just bought a 2021 PowerBoost Supercrew. My wife is used to having a grab handle right above the window, just like on her previous SUV. Has anyone been able to add a grab handle above the window? Thanks!

I know there's one on the A pillar. But, she's asking for something like this:

I think there is an air bag hiding up under the headliner where she would like the "O-SHIT" handle as we call them up here...LOL

Luckily step rails and A-pillar grab handles quelled this request with my wife.
