I just had the Fox 2.0 leveling kit installed on my ‘22 Lariat 502a. I’m getting a headlight malfunction error since i haven’t relocated the ride height sensor which apparently assists with headlight leveling.

is there a kit or DIY to relocate this to the proper position - after a level?

Is it possible to recalibrate the sensors?

I was told they have to be relocated to stop the cluster errors/headlight issues from occurring. Not much material available online though

I have the same kit and didn't have to recalibrate or reposition. Make sure that it is in the correct orientation. It should go back to the factory position no problem. If this is the sensor you are referring to. Do you have CCD suspension?

Relocating them could throw off the calibration altogether. The ride heights sensors are programmed to move through a certain range of suspension travel, and if you narrow or widen that travel range, it will no longer auto-level the headlights at the correct rate, at least not without a re-calibration. So either way, unless your relocation give the same movement range of suspension travel, a re-calibration would be necessary.

Can you provide a pic of your current setup?

yes that looks like the sensor I’m referring to. Is your truck a Lariat with 502a or Platinum? I was told by the dealer that those specific trucks required the adjustment after level.
Here’s the error I’m getting while driving

Here’s what it looks like on the driver side right now

I have a 502a lariat and I didn't get an adjustment or calibration afterwards.

** It does look like yours has pushed the rod all the way down, but could just be picture angle. **

It is hard to tell position from the photos as Chris stated so I tried to show the position looking at it from the front. I have the same kit on Platinum no ccd.

For anyone that comes across this in the future… the dealer fixed the issue today by moving the ride height sensor down a notch…i had no idea it could be adjusted, but apparently it can be. Problem resolved

Can you take a picture of the sensor now that they adjusted the sensor down? I'm dealing with the same issue and struggling to see how there is any adjustability. Thank you.

Doesn’t FORScan have a recal procedure?
It does, but I think my level puts it outside of the acceptable height range as I couldn't get the code to go away even after multiple recalibrations. I'm wondering since it's a 2.5in lift plus the 1in lift the Tremors get, that it's beyond the recalibration threshold.
