Did you ever get this resolved? Mine is doing the exact same thing.
Nope lol. The coil barely makes any noise when I push/pull on it, so I do think it wasn’t seated properly and has resolved itself for the most part. The clunk still happens, mainly when turning out of a parking spot at a slight incline. From the photo and from other comments, I think there’s occasional rub here. Honestly I’ve messed with it so much, had to add the fab tech intrusion bars with higher offset wheels and 295/65/20 tires etc etc that I’m leaving it for now .

ordered the Livernois tune, afe intake, cvf hot/cold pipes and intercooler - that’s my next project.

after that I think I’m going to switch to the eibach pro suspension and the Icon tremor knuckles. Easier to adjust, prob don’t have to load as much to level it and I think the icon knuckle will solve some of this rubbing issue

I figured it out! On mine anyway. Lol. A buddy of mine is a Chevy tech and he has all the tools. Lol. He hooked up some sensors to it and took it for a drive and figured out the popping noise was coming from the strut tower. Turns out, 2 of the 3 nuts the hold the shocks in place were not tightened up all the way. They weren't loose but they weren't all the way tight either if that makes sense. Anyway, we gave them a couple Ugga Duggas and now, no more popping noise! Not sure if this will fix it for you but thought I'd share.

Hey all, installed the previous gen Roush Fox coilover on my 2021 Powerboost. Noticing that it’s making a kind of metal popping or clunk sound when I’m turning at slow speeds. The sound isn’t consistent, sometimes it’s a bit louder/more pronounced than the video.

Torqued a few things quick and all seemed to spec, going to spend a little longer tomorrow going through everything. Don’t see unusual wear on the steering stop deal and it happens in 2wd, so I’d assume it isn’t the cv axle binding but maybe.

Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Good morning, my 2012 F-150 does the same thing and driving me insane. Were you ever able to determine the cause?
