I looked but didn't see this posted recent times.

I am trying to get a subscription or trial for forscan for my system however I can't get the trial to come through in my email.
I did notice in the forums for forscan that it's no longer purchasable. I was not sure how to find that code that would be sent now?

Am I missing something or is it not usable by new people because of the Russian sanctions?

Ps: i just checked mine and its not in the system and my ob2 is old and can't be updated so ordered a new one. Hopefully this and informing forscan of my vehicle as it told me to do

hopefully in a few days i will be able to do it and thanks for the help

Prompted by your post, I just now completed downloading / installing FORScan on my new Windows 11 machine and then followed the FORScan instructions to successfully install the trial extended license with no issues.

Note that the license key does not come via email, it is delivered and downloaded via links directly from the FORScan webpage.

Read and follow the trial extended license instructions exactly, do not close the page saying that your license is 'processing'. Just keep that page open and per the instructions just keep refreshing that page to eventually get the link and follow the additional instructions from there.

That license processing took about 20-minutes to come-through for me just now (the instructions say it could take 30-minutes).

Thanks i will have to do that tonight and see if that's in there now as I did it last night but for lik3 10 mins and my laptop died so will check it out tonight.

make sure you are plugged in. I too ran into this today (was trying to help someone and my 1 year expired two days ago). You have to stay on the request page and hit refresh every 5-10 minutes until the license appears.

When I updated my 2021 f150 an email was sent out. So I assumed, realized i was incorrect new system

2025 f150 isn't recognized, I guess I have to wait a few weeks before it's updated to include 2025s. Damn seat belt ding lol.

One year licenses were emailed. If anyone had one previously that might be causing at least some of the confusion

If you literally READ the screen after submitting the request with your hardware ID, it literally tells you to refresh the page after ~30 minutes to obtain the trial license. No offense, but what may or may not happened in years past is irrelevant.

TBH, I don't recall the free trial licenses ever being emailed. I bought a 3 year license and it was emailed.

I am glad that was what they did for you, technically 3 years ago is 2022 not early 2021. Idk when it changed but that's how it used to work, i found the code that's all done now, however waiting for them to add my vehicle to their list and update until then i am just in limbo
