FORScan keeps closing

Everything all set, running config. and the program closes on my laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks. I give up. Been trying to fix this all night. Will not stay open more than 90 seconds. Anybody looking for a brand new OBDLink EX?

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the previous version (2.3.48) and it seems to be ok. I have not hooked to the truck yet. How do you open the program other than the shortcut? That’s the only way I tried to open the 2.3.49 version. Thanks again for the info.

Right click and run as administrator. Also look at the event log it might tell you why it is crashing...

Thanks Bruce, right click the desktop shortcut? Any reason not to just use the previous version (2.3.48)?

I had this issue a month or two ago. Reboot of the laptop resolved it for me.

Thanks Jason, I tried that and 10k other things to no avail. Will probably just use previous version.
