I recently acquired the truck I have now 2021 F150 Lariat it’s got most, if not all, the bells and whistles. It also appears to have had a small lift in the front (not quite leveled). I’ve noticed that my auto level headlights shine just a little low, so I did (or tried to do ) a headlight calibration through forscan, however just about as soon as it started it said the procedure was interrupted, and the truck threw a message that said, check headlamp system see manual. I can see through forscan on the headlamp module it has some code’s related to the front sensor, one something about voltage low and one about needing calibrated (which I was trying to do but it won’t let me ) any ideas what happened or what the solution might be ….

I’ll answer my own question, it was not calibrating because it sensed low voltage on the front sensor…. And it came to me this afternoon that the lift may have something to do with it, so what basically was happening is the truck had a set voltage output number for what the factory height was and the current voltage output was below that set point. So to get it to calibrate all I did was take the arm loose and move it ever so slightly up and everything calibrated

Lol, it's always nice to figure out your own problem! I'm sure someone else will run across the same issue.
