I linked the FordPass app to my truck that is still in production, I recently earned some points on the "service" that was done on my truck, as far as I know it is still at the plant, has anyone experienced anything like this in the past? Been waiting on this truck for months just trying to get any information I can.

I connected to my 2022 Super duty while it was in transit by rail. Ended up causing me to not be able to connect when I finally took ownership from the dealer. It took multiple days for technical support to reset something on their servers to allow me to connect again. I'd advise not trying to connect in the future.

Truck is produced but awaiting shipment. Last time it tried to activate, it came up with this screen instead of the normal pending or denied. Has anyone else had this come up? Has me a little worried.

My activation was declined by primary user last week and has done this ever since. Same error every time - seems like it's current state is disconnected from the internet...

Learned a few minutes after last post that the truck was built and is awaiting shipment. Still get that same issue on FP
