FordPass vehicle location hasn’t updated in 20 days

I recently noticed my FordPass vehicle location hasn’t updated in about 20 days. Is this because I have to pay for some package or could it be an actual problem? Remote start in FordPass still seems ok

The only time mine did this was when I lost "GPS" as shown on the screen in the truck when looking at navigation. I don't think the remote start or lock unlock functions worked then either.

Dealer updated the PCM and it seems fixed
