Fordpass vehicle image

Curious if anyone else has/had this issue. Fordpass app on IOS showing incorrect vehicle image on the app, but correctly on the Ford account website. Vehicle is 2022 Platinum PB. Image shown on the app is a Lightning.

I have tried logging out and logging back in, deleting vehicle and re-adding. Deleting vehicle, deleting Fordpass, adding vehicle back to the website only, and then re downloading the app and adding It back. Still shows the Lightning ?.

Edit: I just noticed a couple other users with similar Issues. Chatting with tech support and hopefully will have an update.

Well, that went nowhere, lol. Agent ended the chat after my last reply with no resolution or anything. It’s ok if there isn’t an identifiable solution right now, it’s more of a slight annoyance than anything. Ending the chat like that was a little tacky though ?. I wonder if @Ford Motor Company knows if this is a network issue or an app issue.

No vehicle image in my Ford Pass. Had my VIN since 1/4/22. It does shown on the tracking site.

My 2021 Lariat Sport has had a chrome front bumper on Fordpass since I added it last June.

I have the same issue and it seems pretty common based on what I've read on here. Using Android Ford Pass App and shows a lightning. I wouldn't worry about it.

Right, I’m not sweating it, just wanted to bring it in the open in case a fix is identified.

Funny you bring this up. Mine has showed a lightning for the longest time. Just went into the app and mine updated to the right stock images now. FYI my blend date was 1/18 and truck is built, but on a chip hold with a 5/15 new eta. Was 2/14 until the chip issue came back

This was how it was for me. It had my correct VIN for my Silver SCREW but it showed the Lightning. So, I decided to uninstall the app. I reinstalled it and logged in and now it shows the correct vehicle.

I just tried that and it did update my fusion and now shows the correct rims (was wrong before in app) but now I have no picture for my 2022 F150 instead of the Lightning

I just tried also and the lightning is gone but now there is no truck . Getting closer!

My '22 lariat sport looks exactly the same as yours in FordPass.

The sad part is I actually kind of like it (if it was like a strip of satin chrome like it appears in the pic and not the full number)
