Fordpass unknown authorized user

I connected my truck to fordpass (while at the dealer), a short while later I noticed an additional authorized user “CV BOPFC”. Spoke with the dealer who had no idea. Did a master reset, then re-connected again only to find that the CV BOPFC user was back. Any ideas?

i would call ford pass customer service
are you the original owner?
i ask because my 2021 f250 that i sold back in apr of 22, re-appears in my ford pass and my ford owner site about every 4 months
and each time guy takes it for service i get the survey for the service event
i have called and called and it stays fixed for a short time

A reddit user reported this 3 months ago when I googled it. Fordpass comes up when you google it, but searching in the results, nothing matches. The only thing I can find while looking up BOPFC is "Board of Fire and Police Commissioners".

I found the same reddit, a Bronco owner had the same issue. Car is being delivered today, I will reset it again and see what happens??‍

i kept my 2020 F150 on ford pass even after i traded it in for my Audi A4...that i sold and then got my 2022 F150...
i'd get notifications for low tire pressure, other issues (bulb out, low fuel, low wiper fluid) and it basically told me the address where the guy/gal who bought it lived. there were nights i soooooo wanted to unlock/lock the doors, remote start....but i figured if they wanted could tie that back to me and always chickened out. haha
