FordPass showing Unable to locate

everything else works, except the location feature. the location service for FordPass on my iphone has been set to Always, but still not showing the current location of the truck in the app. it works well as of yesterday. anyone else is experiencing this issue currently?

it's fine now, guess it was just a glitch.

Mine started doing the same a couple of weeks ago. Not every time but frequently. Usually closing app and restarting would show location. Not sure what triggered this.
