3.5L PowerBoost FordPass not updating oil level after maintenance

Just had my 20k mile maintenance done today at the dealer, got the oil change too. But the FordPass still showing the old oil level reading. Does it take some time for the app to synch up on the oil level reading?

I closed the app and relaunched it, it showed the 100% oil life, but when I manually refreshed the app, it reverted back to the old 28% reading prior to the service. This is very strange, maybe app issue?

For me its usually pretty quick it's possible they forgot to reset the oil change indicator on the truck. Check the oil life monitor on the truck see if it is at 100%.

As for the app thats wierd I would give it a day or two then I would try reseting the app. You can also log in on ford.com and see if your dashbord reads 100% or the previous 28%.

I had an oil change last Thursday. FP was showing 14% until this afternoon, when it changed to 100%. Truck has to update Ford servers for it to change in the app.

Yup, it shows 100% on my vehicle dashboard on ford.com
