FordPass and other connectivity issues

I bought a 2021 lariat yesterday. I'm new to Ford and SYNC so it could be me, but I have several issues, I was hoping to get some insight from the Forums.
I downloaded Fordpass ans entered the truck. I just get a screen with a Pic of the truck. No options.

Also I have a samsung phone and android auto won't connect. My sons iPhone (carplay) loads right away. Neither phone will load via Bluetooth, and Projection won't turn on.

Lastly, for now, the truck won't hook-up to my home wifi.

And insight would be helpful.

Ok, to reset the Sync;
Go to the "Settings" menu on your screen
Select "General"
Select "Master Reset" to perform a factory reset

This will erase pretty much everything, radio stations and everything else so it’s worth a try

Don’t beat yourself up. Ford does not make it easy.

Thanks guys. I tried the master reset, but it didn't work. Does anyone have another idea? It would be cool if I didn't have to take it to Ford to get fixed...

If you have a 21 and are not updated it will not work until its up to date. Need to check what verison you are at.

Post your about sync screen or vin

Yeah.. that is exactly what your issue is.. Your out of date.. Not only out of date youre at teh worst possible version to be at.

You wont have Fordpass until you get updated..
