Same. No build date associated with it. The next step is “in production”. Shows all the correct options though.

I wouldn’t take it too seriously. I’ve heard someone being stuck somewhere on the smchart up till the dealer called to let the buyer know it was ready for pickup. That goes to show how well the ITs are on top of it lol

Mine also doesn't show Interior Work Surface and is also missing Tow Technology package...but I'm not going to worry about it until I see my window sticker.

Same here. My build sheet shows interior work surface, but the tracker doesn’t. Mine shows Trailer Tow under Packages. I’m not sure if Tow Tech would show there or not.

Seems like it's only "kind of" working.

The tracker for me shows in production as of 1/10 and nothing after that. But my dealer screen shot shows that it's been produced and shipped. The tracker also says expected delivery 2/01 so that's exciting!

@NewToFord yes you need a VIN along with your order number
