I’ve been tracking my order daily since it was marked as shipped 7 weeks ago. Now the Ford’s order tracking site says “The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order”. I am copying and pasting the vin so I know I’m not typing it incorrectly. I also know I’m entering the order number correctly. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
Part of me wonders, with my really long delay in shipping (7 weeks and it still shows to be in Dearborn) whether or not there was a quality hold on it, and Ford is canceling the order.
