Ford Order Tracker Reliability?

What is your experience of the official Ford Order Tracker. I have recently been experiencing it ignoring my 'track your order' request, providing nothing in return other than the same page coming back with Order and VIN fields blanked out. This is after bringing up the page from the official Ford 'You've got VIN' email or by entering that information after surfing to the page manually. Is this common behavior for the site to be so erratic?

The wait is painful - I found that this tracker is updated prior to Fords. In both cases, neither site knew truck was delivered prior to dealer calling me saying it's on the lot and I can come pick it up!
